CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations: A 50% fee of the appointment total will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling: Please reschedule at least 48 hours in advance for your deposit to transfer to your new appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance will require a new deposit. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, a 50% no-show fee of the appointment total will be charged. Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
